+FULL VIEW PLEASE AND I WOULD APPRECIATE COMMENTS+ A new horse has entered Winter's Breath Stables, and her name is Isis! She was adopted recently from and has settled in quite nicely.
Jordan Belham, owner of Winter's Breath Stables, stepped quitely into the barn and stopped. Seth Hickory, one of her riders, was braiding and cutting the mane of their newest prospect horse, Isis. "What do you think you're doing?" she asked in a tone only the owner of a barn could use.
Seth snickered and looked at her over his shoulder as he gently finished up the last braid and Isis gave a swish of her newly cut tail. "I'm turning her into a real show horse :] It was difficult to ride her with all that mane in my eyes!" Isis nickered approval and Jordan's lip twitched up in a half-smile.
"Well... she does look great." Seth turned fully to Jordan with a smile. "But," Jordan cut him off, "We don't know if she'll become a show horse. We've got to see what she's got and it's too early to tell right now." Seth shrugged and gave a sigh.
" You may be right on that boss-lady, but she does look the part now ^^ "
"Mmm, don't make me hurt you, Seth." Jordan mumbled before passing the high-strung mare a carrot. Isis tossed her head in joy. "Alright, well, let's get her back in her stall. She's been here two days but I want her to settle in a little longer before we get into the heavy stuff."
Isis pranced along side Seth and butted his chest as she saw the other horses jumping in the training rings. She whinnied to the nearest horse, Hex, who was practicing a dressage movement. He swiveled his ears in her direction but continued his work.
She huffed and suddenly caught sight of a large object in the distance. She squinted and walked steady, causing ease to Seth, unknown to Jordan farther ahead. Suddenly Isis lunged against her lead and the halter slipped off completely. She was loose!
Isis flew by a very stunned Jordan and cantered into an empty ring, tossing her head and lifting her tail. Seth and Jordan rushed to catch up. Isis stared her opponent down and reared back before galloping straight at a 2'9" jump!
"No!" Jordan yelled as she slammed the gate of the training ring, herself inside. Isis rocketed toward the jump, found it was not a threat, in fact, not even moving, and slowed up to a canter and leapt over it with grace.
Their mouths dropped. She was beautiful!
Jordan stuttered as she watched the mare "Look at the way she tucks her legs up... So unordinary for her to want to jump! It's not in her breed!"
"Yes, well, she's got guts."

As of recent, the talented =Behana has joined us in bringing you this weekly newsletter and we are excited to have her on board. This is a special feature, with a selection of 50 manips from the past year that we loved.

I love the colour of her fur (did you use colour pencils?)
A bit more muscles at her neck, the rest is fine.
